Meet the owners, all of them!

Our founder, Brantley K Gainey Sr (pictured left), loved working with his hands to build and create.  As a general contractor for most of his life, building houses for people to turn into homes was one of his biggest passions.  He decided to take on a new project and started Sign Zone & Graphics and brought that same passion and commitment there.  With his wife (and also owner) they served Hartsville and the surrounding areas for many years and built a strong foundation to pass on to the next generation of owners.  

Our current owner, Brantley K Gainey Jr. (pictured far right), started working and learning the sign business from the very first day Sign Zone & Graphics opened.  He also had a calling to serve his community and help those that were in need, which led to a long career in Emergency Medical Services as well as volunteering and helping manage our local Rescue Squad.  In his time away from helping our sick and injured, he learned how to design, build, and install signs of all types while also acquiring a degree in business.  When our founder passed away, he decided to step away from his 20 years serving the community to keep providing quality signs and service to our area. 

My father had a deep love for building and creating things for people his entire life.  Whether it was houses or stickers, he always wanted to provide the best products and services available to his customers.  I am deeply honored to have the opportunity in continuing his legacy while also applying my own techniques and ideas to further grow this business.  We are constantly searching for new products, techniques, and equipment to better serve Hartsville and the surrounding areas.
